Mim has been helping out at the office of Dr. Scott Fye since April 2013 and has been a patient of Dr. Fyeâs since 1990. She graduated in 1999 from Juniata College with a BS in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and worked until her retirement from the Tuscarora Intermediate Unit in 2012 after 13 years as an early intervention teacher for children ages three to six with special needs. Since her retirement, she also keeps busy by helping out part time at Groveâs Office Supply.
In 1979, Mim married Sam Slicker and together they have two children, Hank and Amy, a daughter-in-law, Liane and one granddaughter Abigail; they have lived in Huntingdon since 1987.
